We got a room with a tub. Location: the hotel was close to taxis which apparently charge the exorbitant rate of 35USD for the less than 10 km drive.

The entire hotel was fairly clean, incredibly comfortable rooms. All of the staff were incredible, helpful. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a private safe and multi-channel TV. My stay was such great here: D

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were reasonable and it offered great attention to detail. The location, close to the waterfalls and with easy access to public transport or taxis, was a definite highlight. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and I loved the large balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

I had a fantastic time at VH Atmosphere Adults Only. The buffet had a great variety of high-quality food, much better than the alá carte restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily minibar restocking. The beach was only a short walk away, or there was a convenient shuttle service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even switching out soda for diet options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food was riquisimaaa... it was the best buffet I've ever eaten in hotels. Has the best team all had excellent customer service.

the room was updated and bright with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the private bathroom. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and we received good service. brilliantly friendly and helpful staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

There is a beautiful pool, which was only for VIP, was always empty, should be enabled to all public.

I liked very much the cleanliness, the rooms very comfortable, it is a hotel that the fact of being small and its good price conjugates very well quality and price and above all it favors a more intimate space.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby 27 waterfalls and other restaurants in the area. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We were especially impressed with the room service and the service provided by the staff, who were beyond hospitable. this place was a great find and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the hotel did not provide an airport shuttle, but taxis were readily available for a reasonable price. Additionally, the lack of a bulletin board to inform guests of daily activities caused some confusion and inconvenience.

This was an incredibly friendly property with a great pool. The food was fresh with plenty of alternatives. The best thing was how nice the staff were.

Amazing building and rooms with a large balcony overviewing the garden. A balcony and coffee were convenient. Clean pool, parking on-site. A Jacuzzi and spa therapy were available at extra cost.

We enjoyed the complementary WiFi and the daily towel service. The hotel had a great location and was very close to the beach. The best aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed which was perfect for a good night's rest.

The food at the buffet was repetitive and not very appetizing. We also had terrible cocktails during our stay.
